We start from our 300+ deeply bound partner factories — factories that already work with us under standing agreements, at partner pricing, with priority capacity. We approach 3–5 of them (or search wider if your category needs it), gather quotes, lead times, MOQs and payment terms, and send you a comparison. We tell you which one we recommend — and why.
If you're new to the factory, we audit it on-site: license, production line, capacity, real customer list. 30+ photos + written pass/fail verdict. Samples can be sent to you via DHL for quality check.
Production starts. We send weekly photo and video updates. Three milestone calls (deposit / mid / pre-ship). Pre-shipment inspection 24 hrs before loading. Then container loading supervision.
